The tools run without an account. A run is not saved on this site. If you choose to unlock unlimited use, the form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, brokerage, market, and which tool you were using.
Consent
The consent box is unchecked when the form opens. Ticking it is express consent for Team Forward to email you about the toolkit and how the team works. The server records the time of that submission. You can unsubscribe from any message. You do not need to consent to use the free runs.
Commercial email in Canada is covered by CASL. Do not use the follow-up drafts to email people who have not consented, unless another legal basis applies. Identification and an unsubscribe path belong on the message you send.
Where a signup goes
If a GoHighLevel inbound webhook is configured for this site, the form is forwarded there so the team can reply. If it is not configured, the details are written to the site log and the form still succeeds. Signups are not sold.
What you paste into a tool
Ad copy and listing facts are sent to this site’s server to produce a result. If an AI key is configured, that text is also sent to OpenAI or Anthropic, whichever provider is selected. If no key is set, the server builds a practice result and does not call a model. Do not paste a client’s private information.
